Description

The ZLINK HXW410 electromagnetic water meter is designed for district metered area (DMA) applications, enabling continuous monitoring of water flow and network pressure across municipal and utility distribution systems.

By combining high-accuracy electromagnetic measurement with NB-IoT or GPRS communication, the HXW410 provides utilities with real-time visibility into network performance. This allows operators to quickly identify pipe damage, assess regional leakage levels, and improve overall non-revenue water (NRW) management.

Measured data is transmitted securely to a remote control centre, where it is stored in a central database for remote access and analysis. Utilities can view live data from each monitoring point, perform historical data queries, generate daily and monthly consumption statistics, and export reports for operational and regulatory use.

Designed for South African and African utility conditions, the HXW410 supports remote monitoring, data sharing, and long-term network optimisation, making it a practical solution for leakage control, pressure management, and infrastructure planning.
